Within India

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • All customs duties and taxes must be paid by the customer.

  • Rajasthani Bunai is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

  • If an order is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order processing: 2–5 business days

  • Domestic delivery after dispatch: 5–10 business days

  • International delivery after dispatch: 7–15 business days

  • Delivery may take longer during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be sent via Email and/or SMS after dispatch.

  • You can track your order through the courier partner's tracking portal.

Delivery Guidelines

  • If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.

  • We recommend recording an unboxing video for damage or missing-item claims.

  • Damage or missing-item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

International Orders
