Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local charges. All customs duties and taxes must be paid by the customer. Rajasthani Bunai is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or clearance fees. If an order is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Delivery Guidelines

Please inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately. We recommend recording an unboxing video for damage or missing-item claims. Damage or missing-item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Domestic Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

International Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Contact our support team with your order number to request cancellation.

Refunds & Store Credits

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Store credits must be used within their validity period. Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Important Notes Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics issues, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Rajasthani Bunai shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

Product Quality Assurance

Every product is checked multiple times before dispatch. Slight differences in color, design, or fabric may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing.

Exchange Eligibility

Domestic Orders Only Exchanges are available only for orders delivered within India.

Product Condition

To qualify for an exchange, the product must: Be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Have all original tags attached. Be in its original packaging. Have no damage, stains, perfume marks, or alterations.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect: Sale or Clearance Products Customized or Personalized Products Minor color or fabric texture variations

Exchange Request Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide: Order Number Product Details Reason for Exchange Images, if required

Step 2: Reverse Pickup If available, our logistics partner will collect the product. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

Step 3: Quality Inspection The returned product will be inspected. If approved, the exchange will be processed.

Step 4: Replacement The replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days after successful inspection. Only one exchange request per order/item is allowed.

Size Unavailability If the requested size or product is unavailable, a Store Credit/Credit Note may be issued. Store Credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped or processed. Contact our customer support team with your order details.

Prepaid Orders Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Customers may also choose Store Credit.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Charges Payment gateway transaction fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount for prepaid orders.

Company-Initiated Cancellation Rajasthani Bunai may cancel an order due to: Product unavailability Pricing or listing errors Suspected fraudulent transactions Payment verification issues Logistics restrictions If Rajasthani Bunai cancels an order, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

No Return & Refund Policy

No Return Policy Rajasthani Bunai follows a strict NO RETURN POLICY. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund. We do not accept returns for: Change of mind Incorrect size selected by the customer Color or fabric variations caused by screen settings Personal preference Sale, Clearance, Promotional, or Discount Offers Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only when: Rajasthani Bunai cancels the order before dispatch. A prepaid order is cancelled within the eligible cancellation period. A duplicate payment is made for the same order. The product is lost during transit and confirmed by the courier partner.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. After verification, we will provide: A replacement, subject to stock availability, or Store Credit if a replacement is unavailable. No refund will be provided if a replacement or Store Credit is offered.

Sale Products Products purchased during: Sale Clearance Promotional Offers Discount Campaigns are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Exchange is available only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
